Back in September 2025, I shared my interview on the Spiritually Inspired podcast with author, speaker, and advocate for spiritual exploration, Claudiu Murgan. Today, I am excited to share the release of his new book called The Light Within the Mind. It is the second installment in his trilogy of books, which are curated collections of insightful interviews from his podcast.
This second book, edited by Claudiu, is a compilation of in-depth interviews about consciousness, spirituality and mysticism, environmental awareness, human transformation, energy healing, channeling and mediumship, science and psychology, and more, all explored within the context of each individual’s personal journey. The end of every chapter has a section for practical lessons and takeaways from each particular interview, as well as the contributor’s bio and contact information.
I particularly enjoyed Chapter 2 by seer and author Lars Muhl called “The Path of Inner Mastery” as well as Chapter 10 by energy healer and holistic psychologist Ajita Shah called “Awakening the Soul: A Journey of Energy Healing and Spiritual Empowerment.” I also liked Chapter 11 by author and psychologist David Essel called “Elevating Your Life: Powerful Lessons on Transformation and Connection.” And my favorites were Chapter 16 by psychiatrist and author David Kopacz called “The Healing Path: From Technician to Sacred Witness” and Chapter 17 by healer and spiritual teacher Kristin Kirk called “Surrender Into the ‘I AM’: Bridging Self, Source & Collective Healing.”
My July interview, which has been edited and expanded for publication, is the final chapter (20), titled “Sacred Tools for Life: Blending Therapy, Spirituality, and Intuition.” I am grateful to be a part of this beautiful project alongside such incredible peers.
