My Interview in SD Voyager Magazine

My Interview in SD Voyager Magazine

On May 18th, I was featured in SD Voyager Magazine as part of their Hidden Gems segment. SD Voyager is a niche yet well-known online publication in San Diego that features local small businesses and highlights inspiring creatives each week. I was nominated for this interview by my close friend and long-time psychotherapy colleague, Jaclyn Chung, who’s interview and overall presence exude humility, wisdom, and genuine loving-kindness.

I’m grateful to be part of this project, particularly because of SD Voyager’s mission. They believe in intentionally lifting up authentic and unique voices in the community, even when the messages are not polished. They believe in offering a variety of perspectives from artists, mom-n-pops, independent entrepreneurs, local institutions, freelancers, risk-takers, underdogs, and more – rather than from larger organizations and corporations only. And they believe in maintaining a personal touch through community collaboration. I hope you enjoy reading my article below and seeing some pictures I’ve shared for the occasion. While our differences matter and deserve to be honored, we are ultimately One human family. Therefore, Love/Compassion is the ultimate antidote to our trials and the most vital answer to our deepest questions.
